Walt Blackman is a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives, currently representing District 7. He previously served from 2019 to 2023 in District 6 and returned to the legislature in January 2025 after winning the 2024 election. Blackman made history in 2018 as the first Black Republican elected to the Arizona Legislature .
